Description
|
The cottage is ideally situated for visiting the D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux, Le Mont St Michel, St-Lo and miles of sandy beaches are just 15 km away. Coutances ( 15 km ) is the nearest town with good shopping, eating etc

Large light open area with a tiled floor and huge glass front with French windows. Satellite TV ( English ), CD player, video, radio. Big woodburner for chilly evenings, free wood. |

Part shared with living area, with gas cooker, micro-wave, fridge with freezer compartment, chefs cutting block. A further area is reserved for the washing up with dishwasher, sink, another open fireplace and storage |

There are 2 large bedrooms, one double and one twin with tiled floors throughout and a further smaller one ideal for children with a bunkbed or twin beds depending on season for 2. A cot is provided |

Shower with WC, basin and washing machine. Hot water by 200 litre immersion heater. |

Area facing East with sunny parts all day. Garden facing west, grassed over, optional use.

7 x 3 metres x 48 inches deep, surface pool with covers. Heated by the sun ! Operational in July & August - other months depending on the weather.
Public baths in Coutances ( 15km ) with water slide.

Periers is a market town ( Saturdays ), Coutances ( Thursday market ) with bars, restaurants, ice rink, swimming pool, chic shopping etc. Very rural area in general but close to the sea and its miles of sandy beaches. |
