Terms and Conditions:
- Your advertisement will appear for one
year from the date of publishing.
- Our 'season' runs from October through
September. Availability & Pricing details are maintained until the
end of December. In September of the year your subscription starts,
we will ask you for Availability & Pricing details for the coming
year (thereby offering 15 months worth of booking opportunities)
- We only allow a single property per page.
Our charges are for a single rentable unit. If you want 2 or more units
on FranceDirect.com then payment for each unit should be made (see above).
- We ask you to keep us up to date with your
bookings by emailing us a minimum of once a month (but weekly is better),
so that we can update your availability on the site.
- We do not publish E-mail addresses for
privacy purposes. Any information we gather and/or store is kept secure
and entirely for our purposes and not passed on to any other company
or organisation.
- As soon as we receive your details, we
will prepare your materials for the www.FranceDirect.com Website.
- We take no responsibility for any delay
in properties being included on FranceDirect.com, but will always try
to complete the inclusion usually within 5 days of receiving the request.
- We invoice you after you've had chance
to review and modify your entry. Invoices not paid within 20 days means
the property will be removed and a surcharge for future inclusion be
charged.
- We reserve the right to refuse any property
without recourse.
- We cannot accept hand written details as
too many mistakes are made.
- We try our hardest to ensure that the web
site is up and running as much as possible, after all, we want our investment
in advertising to be as worthwhile as possible. However, we cannot take
responsibility for times when the site is down for planned or unplanned
maintenance but we will try to undertake these activities overnight
where possible.
- Our offer is for private owners only. Companies
wishing to advertise may contact us for details.
- If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope,
we will return your photographs and a proof copy of your website entry.
- We promise to maintain the highest standards
but we cannot accept liability for any materials sent to us or for inaccuracies.
